Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. 

Cancel order:

To cancel or change an order you must contact deadhypela@deadhypela.com within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Sale items:

All items purchased at a discount or sale price are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Exchanges:

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, it must be in the same condition you received it in and not worn. Printed receipt must be included when returned. Exchange must be started within 3 days of shipment receipt. All exchanges dependent on existing stock.

If you need to exchange item, send us an email at deadhypela@deadhypela.com and wait for approval. To exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
